As a passionate project manager currently working at Deca Games, I specialize in managing and monitoring live game environments. My role involves troubleshooting performance issues, deploying updates, and designing engaging in-game events. I thrive on analyzing player feedback to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience.

Previously, I served as a Junior IT Project Manager at Infinno, where I honed my skills in client communication, project planning, and Agile methodologies. My experience includes gathering requirements, creating wireframes, and leading teams to deliver high-quality software products. I am committed to fostering collaboration and ensuring that projects meet both client expectations and user needs.
