I’m an event operations specialist focused on large-scale, high-pressure formats—international forums, congresses, and stakeholder-heavy programs. I combine logistics discipline with vendor and speaker coordination to keep live timelines smooth, even when capacity and complexity spike.

In my current role as a Senior Event Management Specialist for the International Municipal BRICS Forum, I supervise critical on-site operations and attendee logistics for 5,000+ global participants. I organized and managed the central registration zone with 45 active counters, and I served as an on-site liaison between corporate vendors, the organizing committee, and Ministry representatives.

Previously, I managed the full delivery cycle as Project & Event Manager for Radio Record / VKFest—briefing, setup, live management, and financial reporting for the Creativity Zone. I also led national forums at AIESEC Russia, orchestrating an entire event ecosystem (46 core managers, 100 volunteers, 43 expert speakers, and 22 enterprise sponsors), while managing a $25,000 project budget and delivering an $11,000 net profit with a record CSAT of 9.4.

I’m comfortable handling operational bottlenecks, contractor monitoring, and risk mitigation under tight schedules—such as coordinating multiple simultaneous registration desks without delays. I bring practical tools (Venue Management, Logistical Coordination, Vendor Management, Budgeting, Figma, MS Office, CRM Systems) and I’m fluent in English for international hosting and GR communications.
