At ApprovalMax, I lead cross-functional platform delivery across backend, frontend, and QA, turning company goals, customer needs, and technical constraints into shipped B2B SaaS solutions.
I led the Public API from concept to launch, defining OAuth 2.0, endpoints, data models, webhooks, credential management, an API Explorer, developer portal, and documentation. This enabled customers and partners to build custom integrations and drove sustained production usage.
I also deliver AI-assisted capabilities with frontend, backend, and ML engineers, while using Claude CLI and codebase-aware workflows to validate requirements, decompose initiatives, and support selected frontend changes.
Previously, I translated requirements into system behaviour, APIs, data models, and delivery plans for restaurant POS, debt-collection, inventory-management, document-management, and handheld stocktake applications. I work closely with engineers, designers, stakeholders, and customers to move ambiguous problems into clear, implementable solutions.
