At RuStore, I own the end-to-end app publishing experience, from submission and testing to moderation, releases, and API automation. I launched capabilities including AAB publishing, alpha/beta testing, RuStore API, A/B experiments, and custom product pages.
I reduced average moderation time by 46% with a queue-prioritization scoring model and increased adoption of alpha and beta testing by removing workflow blockers. Before RuStore, I delivered API integrations at FinFort and developed PHP/Yii2 chatbots at Grand Project.
