Previously at EPAM Systems, I led and mentored technical writers creating developer documentation for enterprise banking solutions, including API references, Java back-end process descriptions, product specifications, data flows, and AWS regional failover runbooks. I’ve also managed end-to-end documentation for corporate platforms—from user guides and UI copy to release notes and knowledge-base architecture—and supported pre-sales initiatives with use cases, success stories, and expertise overviews.
