What I'm looking for

I seek roles that leverage my combined HR leadership and academic experience—strategic HR, curriculum development, teaching, research, and quality assurance—in organizations valuing development, engagement, and measurable impact.

I am an experienced HR director and educator with a strong record of aligning HR strategies to business objectives and delivering engaging instruction in entrepreneurship, hospitality, and business management. I hold an MBA (Highest Honors), a BS Commerce in Accountancy (with honors), am a Certified HR Director (licensed in the USA), and am officially enrolled in a PhD program in Business Management.

Over a multi-decade career I have held senior HR, audit, and operations roles across corporations and academic institutions, including HR Director, Chairman of HRM, Distribution Center Group Manager, and Assistant Professor roles. I have led curriculum development, quality assurance, research teams, and served as a technical assistant to university leadership while teaching undergraduate and graduate courses.

My achievements include published research nearing publication on performance appraisal, IELTS 7.5, various scholarships, and extensive international experience in the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. I am passionate about fostering positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and developing students and professionals through practical, research-informed teaching.
