What I'm looking for

I am seeking a client-focused role in psychology or disability support where I can apply assessment, mentoring, and research skills within a collaborative, empathetic team focused on measurable client outcomes.

I am a compassionate and adaptable professional with a background in research, training, and leadership, focused on moving into psychology and NDIS-style support work. I combine analytical rigour from academic research with empathic communication developed through mentoring and coaching roles.

In my current role as a Writer & Research Analyst I have produced evidence-based assessment-style reports in psychology, leadership, and business studies, and I have mentored new writers to improve clarity and accuracy. I bring hands-on experience in client assessment, documentation, and supervision from both research and field roles.

My earlier experience supervising construction teams and coaching young athletes strengthened my leadership, welfare oversight, and team-building skills, reinforcing a people-first approach. I pair strong organizational habits and attention to detail with cultural awareness and a commitment to ethical practice.
