At Autodesk, I manage Customer Success for PIX & Flow Capture. My work builds on experience supporting customers and shaping media workflows across production and post-production.
At PIX System, I directed Client Success, working to improve the customer experience, drive product adoption and retention, and surface product trends for Product and Engineering. Before that, I managed accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, negotiating renewals, and guiding client workflows and rollouts.
At United Nations Children's Fund, I managed media production infrastructure at New York HQ and developed technical guidelines and workflows. Earlier, I shot, wrote, and produced advocacy content and news material for distribution to partners and broadcasters worldwide.
Through Inland Productions, I produced documentaries, commercials, and corporate communications videos, from research and scripting through production and post-production. I also bring hands-on experience in video production, editing, media asset management, SAN administration, and LTO backup.
