At Alps2Alps, I built the design function from scratch while shipping a seasonal backlog. I unified three mobile design systems into one token-based system and shipped six product directions in six months, including a website redesign and app improvements.

At Data-Driven Lab, I designed Copytrading from discovery through engineering handoff across web, iOS, and Android. I also redesigned the AI trading assistant, taking report-to-trade conversion from ~16% to ~24% over nine months.

As Senior Product Designer and Product Owner at Data-Driven Lab, I led a cross-functional team of 12 while remaining the product's designer. The rebuilt trading funnel increased deposit conversion by 50%, withdrawals by 67%, and verification by 61%; I also worked with the data team on ML scoring that brought median verification time down to 8–12 hours.
