I'm a Product Owner with 15+ years in IT and digital products. My core skill is launching products from scratch (0→1) and scaling them to millions of users. I built and led cross-functional teams, worked with analytics (Clickhouse, Superset, GA), and always made decisions based on data.

Key achievements:

· Scaled social media communities from 0 to 3 million followers in one year (ROI 1.56)

· Built an ad network from zero to 1 million daily impressions and 30% market share

· Increased conversion by 12% through UX and analytics improvements

· Grew an e-commerce site: traffic 1000→2000 visitors/day, orders 20→50/day, average check 1500→5000 RUB, while cutting ad budget from 800K to 300K RUB/month

What I do now:

Currently at MOBI.Dengi (fintech), I manage B2B/B2C payment products. I work with product metrics, roadmap, and team management.

My new passion:

Recently, I started experimenting with AI-assisted development. I built 2 microservices from scratch using Claude Code — solo, full cycle. This completely changed how I see product development. I believe AI coding is the future, and I want to grow in this direction as a Product Visionary. I want to combine product strategy with hands-on AI coding to build better products faster.

What I'm looking for:

A Product Owner role in an international company where I can:

· Apply my experience launching and scaling products

· Work with data-driven product decisions

· Grow in AI-assisted development

· Relocate with my family (wife and 2 children) to Serbia, Cyprus, Croatia, or Slovenia

English:

Intermediate (B1). I study every day with a tutor and in conversation clubs. I read technical documentation and can communicate in meetings. I'm getting better quickly.

Personal:

I adapt fast, reach goals, and structure processes. I enjoy teaching and helping colleagues. Outside work: football, fishing, guitar, indie films, and reading (Strugatsky, Bulgakov, Panov).
