What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a product design role where I can lead teams and build scalable design systems, using quantitative and qualitative UX research to improve customer experience and measurable growth in mobile and digital products.

I’m a product designer focused on intelligent customer experience for B2C & B2B mobile applications, digital systems, and service ecosystems. My work combines research, design craft, and measurable outcomes to move both user experience and business metrics forward.

At ToYou (Jun 2022 - Apr 2025), I led product design for a leading delivery SuperApp in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. I drove MAU growth from 1.74M to 2.36M and monthly orders from 1.6M to 2.7M.

I bring a strong evidence-based approach to UX. I applied quantitative and qualitative research tailored to the Arabic market, and I led cross-team design sprints and workshops to strengthen collaboration between design, product, and engineering.

Earlier, I led design for high-scale, enterprise workflows at the Russian Post division (Jul 2018 - May 2022), designing logistics systems processing up to 2 billion items daily. I also redesigned travel and integrated safety experiences at Flydex (Oct 2016 - Jun 2018) and Tactise (Feb 2016 - Jul 2016), and I started with VOIP and product design work for business and consumers, including a Deutsche Bank Forex trading platform.
