I've led procurement transformation and strategic sourcing across Immunotec, Innophos, General Mills’ Häagen-Dazs Shops, Grupo Herdez, and Industrias Voit. Over 14 years, I've managed direct and indirect categories across manufacturing, chemicals, consumer goods, retail, and health and wellness.

At Innophos, I transformed Indirect Procurement from an operational to a strategic model, delivering USD $550K in savings and implementing Category Management across more than 10 negotiated categories. I also reorganized a major CAPEX project, achieving more than 90% on-time delivery across 300+ requisitions.

I've managed portfolios of up to USD $50M and delivered more than USD $2M in savings and cost avoidance through category strategy, supplier management, contracts, commodity strategies, and cross-functional execution. At Grupo Herdez, I led Nutrisa’s end-to-end procurement function and supported a plant relocation that generated more than USD $500K in annual operational optimization.

I turn ambiguity into strategic execution by developing teams, strengthening supplier partnerships, and connecting procurement, planning, logistics, finance, and operations. I also bring hands-on e-commerce experience managing Amazon sourcing, pricing, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service end to end.
