I'm open to national and international opportunities where I can lead or support complex EPC, energy, infrastructure, industrial, and mission-critical construction delivery.

I've delivered 35+ multidisciplinary projects across industrial construction, Oil & Gas, healthcare, infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, and renewable energy in Venezuela, Chile, and the United States.

At Gas Guárico/INPEX Group, I led civil works, procurement, competitive bidding, contract administration, and contractor coordination for the Copa Macoya Gas Dehydration Plant expansion. I managed 30+ capital-project procurement packages and coordinated teams of up to 50 personnel while protecting plant safety and operational continuity.

More recently, I've supported Bechtel's 1.3 GW Mammoth Solar EPC program, Microsoft data center construction, highway infrastructure, and major hospital projects. I bring hands-on field execution, planning, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning, and stakeholder coordination to complex capital programs.
