What I'm looking for

I seek engineering or project roles where I can combine telecommunications and construction experience with cloud and data tools, contribute to on-time delivery, and work within collaborative, results-driven teams.

I am a results-oriented electrical engineer with strong communication skills and a proven track record delivering telecommunications and construction projects across Venezuela and Mexico. I have led project development, prepared financial proposals for Last Mile solutions, and coordinated construction to keep projects on schedule.

I have hands-on experience in project engineering, materials/resource management, and user-acceptance deliverables, having completed thousands of annotation tasks with excellent quality for remote task platforms. I created a material resource management system that prevented financial penalties by aligning activities with material availability.

I continuously upskill in cloud, databases and AI tools — including AWS Solutions Architect training, PL/SQL, Power BI basics and introductions to AI and ChatGPT — enabling me to combine engineering discipline with modern data and cloud practices.
