What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR/Talent Acquisition role where I can blend psychological assessment and employee well-being with HR technology, process automation, and data-driven hiring—while partnering across teams to improve recruitment outcomes and organizational culture.

I’m a Licensed Psychologist with professional experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, psychological assessments, and employee training. In recent roles, I supported end-to-end hiring by coordinating interviews, tracking candidates, and handling recruitment administration, while also strengthening employee relations, organizational culture, and labor relations.

I bring clinical psychology experience—conducting evaluations, interventions, and workplace wellness programs—along with a strong focus on psychosocial risk prevention and multidisciplinary collaboration. I’m currently pursuing a B.Sc. in Systems Engineering to deepen my HR Technology capabilities in process automation, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
