What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and grow communities around technical, decentralized, or open-source products, bridging users, contributors, and engineering teams through async-first remote collaboration.

I've built Proyecto Aliento from zero to a 7,000+ member Spanish-speaking community, training more than 1,000 participants through structured onboarding, incentives, and contributor pathways.

At 3Speak, I connected users, engineering teams, and ecosystem partners through migrations, launches, incident communication, QA, and community-health dashboards. I maintained platform operations solo for 18 months during a critical transition.

I'm now co-founding Mantequilla Soft, coordinating a distributed team across 55+ repositories while leading contributor relations, GitHub workflows, curation, and community engagement. I also build hands-on tools for content platforms, infrastructure monitoring, and network governance.
