Eduardo Andrade

My name is Eduardo Figueiredo de Lima Andrade, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Software Engineering at Universidade Estácio de Sá. With a strong foundation in software engineering principles, I am passionate about applying my knowledge to enhance the security and efficiency of information systems. My goal is to contribute to the field of Infrastructure and Information Security, where I can leverage my skills in networks, servers, and cybersecurity best practices.

In my current internship at SAAE, I am responsible for responding to legal processes and providing technical support across various departments. This role has honed my ability to optimize processes and improve user experiences. Previously, I served as a Field Coordinator at Topocart, where I gained solid experience in team management, quality control, and continuous process improvement. I was instrumental in creating analytical reports for strategic decision-making and facilitating internal training sessions to enhance operational practices.
