At TaxisVerts, I handled inbound and outbound Avaya CTI communications for mobility services including STIB, Poppy, and Husk, following internal regulations, SLA requirements, and operating guidelines. I also documented customer exchanges in CRM systems to support accurate administrative follow-up.
My Master’s in Law at Université Libre de Bruxelles focused on Public and International Law, and my thesis examined the European Union’s accession to the European Convention on Human Rights. With ASBLEyesonEurope, I co-managed social media and created content for a European student magazine.
