I am a Project Coordinator with 4+ years of experience leading donor-funded sustainable aquaculture and market-systems initiatives across East Africa. I direct large-scale programmes, manage multimillion-shilling budgets and coordinate cross-border, hybrid and virtual project delivery to meet donor expectations and timelines.

I have designed and facilitated capacity-building initiatives that trained over 1,200 participants, developed funding proposals that unlocked regional investments, and established market linkages that increased opportunities for smallholder farmers and MSMEs.

My hands-on experience includes fisheries management, technical curriculum development, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, and data-driven program adjustments. I have improved operational performance—such as introducing quality control measures that substantially increased sales revenue—and streamlined virtual collaboration across multi-country teams.
