What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead radio network design, planning, optimization, and rollout work where I can improve coverage, capacity, QoS, and customer experience across modern mobile technologies.

I've designed, commissioned, and optimized radio networks for Vodacom Mozambique, Orange Uganda, and Tuvi Technologies across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G environments.

At Vodacom Mozambique, I delivered macro, micro, small-cell, in-building, LTE coverage, and capacity designs, including a street-level project that improved QoS on major streets in Maputo. I also led rollout teams, network performance monitoring, parameter optimization, and knowledge transfer for local engineers.

Most recently, I led drive-test engineers, planners, and optimization specialists at Tuvi Technologies, turning field data into coverage, capacity, KPI, and service-quality improvements while managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
