I’m looking for a remote chat and email customer support role in an international company. I want to handle inquiries, manage email responses, document requests accurately, and resolve problems professionally while supporting smooth operations.

I’m an experienced Administrative and Customer Service professional with over 10 years helping clients through clear communication and reliable office support. I’m skilled in customer inquiries, email management, documentation, and problem resolution in fast-paced professional environments.

In my roles as an Administrative Representative in Haiti (Universal Products and École Bel Enfant), I managed customer communication via email and administrative channels, handled records and client requests, and supported daily operations and reporting tasks. I consistently resolved issues professionally and kept documentation organized so the business could run smoothly.

I’m fluent in Haitian Creole and French, with conversational English, and I enjoy turning requests into workable next steps. I’m now looking for a remote Chat and Email Customer Support position with an international company where I can bring dependable support, strong problem solving, and a fast learning mindset.
