I'm looking for a remote role where I can improve customer support operations, implement helpdesk systems, train teams, and build practical workflows that help customers get clear answers faster.

I've implemented Freshdesk at Purewellness & Spa brand, reducing customer issue resolution from days to hours while configuring routing, SLA policies, escalations, a knowledge base, and a customer portal. I also build Shopify stores and connect Shopify with Freshdesk so agents can investigate enquiries with customer and order information available alongside tickets.
