What I'm looking for

I’m looking for process engineering and process/product validation work, ideally quality and R&D in medical devices (ISO 13485, IQ/OQ/PQ) or regulated manufacturing—where I can apply metrology, DOE/SPC, and strong documentation for continuous improvement.

I’m a chemical engineer and research professional building my career around meticulous data collection, analysis, and experimental design. I’m currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (expected in 2/2026) at the University of Costa Rica, and my thesis focuses on “Quality study and data collection in metrology.”

In my roles as a Metrology Laboratory Assistant and Research Assistant, I documented project results with accuracy and consistency, maintained organized systems for data collection, and supported research methodologies end-to-end. I’ve completed and presented five research and experimental design projects, using statistical software (including spreadsheets) to ensure research accuracy.

I bring a strong quality and validation foundation from laboratory work aligned with international standards, including ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17020, and ISO 9001. I’m also Six Sigma Green Belt certified, with practical competencies in DMAIC methodology, statistical process control, and design of experiments (DOE), plus experience with calibration and technical documentation in regulated environments.

Right now, I’m seeking opportunities in process engineering, process/product validation and development—especially quality and R&D for the medical device industry (ISO 13485, IQ/OQ/PQ) or other regulated manufacturing settings. I’m a quick learner who values careful execution, traceability, and teamwork to help projects reach their goals.
