I've led production teams at Laboratorio ROWE, Laboratorio SUED, and Laboratorio ALFA, coordinating weekly production plans across blistering, sachet packaging, and finished-product dispatch.
I use SAP and Epicor ERP to track production, reconcile documentation, manage materials transfers, close records, and monitor daily and weekly process indicators. My work includes supervising personnel, reporting productivity, receiving materials, and supporting warehouse operations for semi-finished materials.
I'm currently studying Industrial Engineering and focus on continuous improvement, quality processes, TPM, 5S, BPM, and effective production supervision.
