I am a results-driven care coordinator and manager with extensive experience developing and implementing care plans, managing complex patient cases, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. I currently work as a Behavioral Health Case Manager and have served as a Discharge Planner, Healthcare Technician, and healthcare administrator.

I began supervising at 19 on the Marine Base in Arizona and later founded two assisted living homes, overseeing licensing and operations. I built strong municipal relationships to facilitate board licensing and supported five employees to obtain assisted home manager licenses. My work has been recognized with an excellence award.

I hold a bachelor's in healthcare management and a medical billing and coding certification, and I am pursuing a master's in clinical psychology to deepen my clinical skills. I am seeking roles that let me apply care coordination, discharge planning, project management, and leadership to improve patient outcomes and mentor staff.
