I lead new leases and renewals from site tours and deal structuring through contract formation, onboarding, and broker commission processing. I also analyze deal terms and financial scenarios to support investment decisions and faster approvals.

Previously at Savills North America, I advised startups through Fortune 500 companies on flexible office portfolios, handling marketplace analysis, due diligence, negotiation, transaction management, and space delivery across the Eastern United States. In brokerage, I supported corporate acquisition, disposition, renewal, relocation, and consolidation assignments, while conducting 200–250 weekly outbound calls to C-suite executives.

My commercial real estate background also includes investment sales and leasing at KW Commercial, where I sourced an off-market Brooklyn development opportunity and negotiated retail and office leases. I bring additional client-facing sales experience from Moncler and apartment staging and interior design experience from Kick It.
