Eccetric Imasov

I’m a highly motivated, creative and versatile architecture graduate with a Diploma in Architecture from Kiambu National Polytechnic. I bring a strong foundation in artistic and technical skills—especially biophillic design, site planning, space designing, and landscaping—paired with a practical, solutions-first mindset.

I’m proficient in interior and exterior architectural and structural design using industry software such as ArchiCAD, Auto-CAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max, along with tools like Prota structure, Strata WinQs, and Pre mavera p6 (MS project also included). I combine risk analysis and management with careful drafting, building models, and building codes to produce clear, buildable outcomes.

I’ve gained hands-on exposure through attachments at Space Art architects and Mizpah Construction Company Limited, and I’ve also supported real-world coordination as a clerk of works and on-site building works in Kiambu. Beyond architecture, I run financial markets research and consultancy under my self developed brand “ECCETRIC.FX.ALPHA,” and I bring sales, marketing, and events planning experience from working with top brands and managing social media pages.
