What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a cloud infrastructure role where I can support OpenStack/Linux reliability at scale, collaborate with engineering during incidents, and use automation (Terraform, scripting, AI-assisted troubleshooting) to shorten resolution times and improve platform stability.

I’m a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with 4+ years supporting OpenStack cloud environments, virtualization platforms, and Linux-based infrastructure. I deliver L3 troubleshooting across compute, storage, networking, and cloud service layers, restoring services and meeting SLA commitments in production.

I work hands-on with OpenStack services (Nova, Cinder, Swift, Glance, Trove) and multi-tenant environments, using Horizon, Skyline, OpenStack CLI, and REST APIs to investigate failures. I run root cause analysis, analyze Linux and OpenStack logs, and document findings to prevent recurring issues and improve platform stability.

I also strengthen operational efficiency with AI-assisted investigation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Mistral, Perplexity) and automation, generating and refining scripts for faster log parsing and troubleshooting workflows. I’m passionate about cloud technologies, open-source, and continuous learning—especially across automation, infrastructure as code, and reliable incident management.
