I take ownership of systems where failure costs money—real-money payments, ERP document generation, and IoT device sync—and I build the architecture and tooling underneath them. I’m backend-heavy full stack (.NET / C# / Angular), and I work fully remotely from Egypt for a Polish company.

I unified two divergent per-market codebases into a single codebase with isolated per-tenant databases, so onboarding a new market needs only tenant configuration and a database—not a new fork. The design proved itself when a third market signed on under exactly that model, and I stood up the CI/CD pipeline from scratch while building regression and characterization coverage around expensive-failure flows.

I also led a legacy Angular v13 → v20 modernization that cut cold-start builds from 2 minutes to 50 seconds, and I onboarded and mentored engineers through knowledge-sharing and peer reviews. On my own initiative, I ship tooling through my open-source .NET CLI, Litmus, which uses git churn, coverage, complexity, and Roslyn-based coupling analysis to rank legacy files to test first.
