At Dentsply Sirona, I submitted invoices through supplier portals, investigated customer credit, and handled collections across customer portfolios. I also resolved payment disputes and chargebacks and presented monthly receivables analyses to customer service and the area controller.
As Co-founder and Operator of Malabar Indian Restaurant, I co-ran day-to-day operations with full responsibility for cash flow, costs, and supplier payments. That experience gave me a view of receivables from the customer's side.
