What I'm looking for

I’m looking to coach and support learners through structured plans, strong relationships, and data-informed needs assessments—while partnering with community leaders to reduce educational inequity and build joyful, inclusive programs.

I’m a Student Success Coach and community programs professional focused on reducing educational inequity through hands-on classroom support, clear work plans, and behavior support built on conflict resolution, dialogue, and positive reinforcement. I design effective plans for high school aged students to improve academic skills, and I ground my approach in needs assessment and analytical reading and writing.

In addition to my coaching role, I’ve contributed as a TCALC Special Programs Intern by leading city-wide excursions for International university students and guiding students through engaging activities while closely responding to and assisting Program Coordinators. I’ve also supported campus operations as a Resident Assistant, Supply Room Manager—maintaining safety, crisis protocols, inventory, and office organization—and built customer-facing experience as an OPD Clerk & Cashier and Store Associate through order pickup and delivery, packing and billing, barcoding, and customer service.
