What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can empower youth and foster positive change in their lives.

I am a committed educator and advocate for vulnerable youth, leveraging my personal and professional experiences to create meaningful change. Currently, I serve as a Mathematics Teacher Assistant at ACES, where I support high school students in mastering math concepts and building their confidence. My role involves adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs, collaborating with lead teachers, and maintaining a structured classroom environment that fosters trust and motivation.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have worked as a Group Leader at AYPYN, where I led after-school programs focused on education and life skill development for middle schoolers. My background as a Recovery Peer Advocate has equipped me with the skills to support individuals recovering from addiction, providing resources and guidance to help them navigate their journeys. I am passionate about empowering youth and creating lasting positive change in their lives.
