What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles in education and community development where I can lead communications and learning initiatives—creating inclusive programs, coordinating events, and collaborating with multicultural teams to deliver measurable social impact.

I help organizations grow through clear communication, thoughtful content, and community-first programs. I’m currently pursuing a Master’s in Community and Civil Development Studies, building a strong foundation in social institutions, non-profit work, and democratic values.

In my communications role, I developed and executed strategies to enhance brand awareness, ensuring consistent branding on Instagram. I also planned and moderated events, supported partnerships, and helped improve the marketability and appeal of language programs.

Alongside that work, I teach and develop learning materials—delivering Russian language instruction with an emphasis on grammar, pronunciation, and conversational fluency. I’ve also supported online course operations by preparing learning materials, uploading content to an LMS, and maintaining organized records.

I bring a practical, intercultural mindset developed through team-based work and NGO volunteering, including project coordination, meeting facilitation, and event delivery for around 50 participants. I’m at my best under pressure—creative, structured, and committed to initiatives that create tangible social impact.
