What I'm looking for

I'm looking for construction, project management, safety, or field operations work where I can lead teams, maintain OSHA compliance, coordinate subcontractors and logistics, and keep complex projects safe, organized, and on schedule.

I'm currently providing field safety oversight for major aviation construction projects at Houston Hobby Airport with Bradlink, LLC. I work with project leaders, contractors, and subcontractors to identify hazards, complete inspections, and keep high-risk operations OSHA-compliant.

At Bondoc Roofing, I supported and led construction and roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout, managing budgets up to $2M. I coordinated owners, general contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors while reviewing plans, managing site logistics, supporting procurement, and maintaining zero recordable incidents.

My experience also includes managing traffic-control safety at AWP Safety and coordinating high-volume workflows at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Before construction, I served as a U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer, supervising logistics involving more than $20M in equipment and supplies and leading teams of 15+ personnel. I bring a practical, boots-on-the-ground approach to safety, field leadership, risk management, and keeping demanding operations moving.
