I’m a Music Industry Executive and Creative Producer with over 10 years of progressive experience building and leading music operations, artist relations, and commercial production functions within London’s creative sector. I’ve produced and developed independent artists whose combined releases grew to over 5 million subscribers and generated over 500 million streams and views across major streaming and social platforms.

I founded Hague House Studios, an independent recording studio in Canary Wharf, London, where I led the complete development process—from studio planning and construction through daily operations, artist management, and commercial production. I run an independent creative business end-to-end, owning the full-cycle project workflows from planning and resourcing through to delivery, and incorporating AI-assisted production tools (Suno, Udio, ElevenLabs) where they add speed or creative range.

My track record spans label operations, A&R, artist development, release planning, music production, theatre, music video, and live performance projects. I’m comfortable operating within large, matrixed organisations and cross-border teams, managing budgets, timelines, partnerships, and multiple stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes at scale, while adapting production and business practices to local teams, partners, and regulatory contexts.

I bring this capability across recent roles including Founder & Managing Director at Hague House Studios (2023–Present) and Music Producer / A&R and A&R / Label Operations roles at Effective Records, Believe, and FRWRD Music. I’ve directed end-to-end release projects, managed recording scheduling and budgets, and coordinated digital distribution, metadata management, and release scheduling—ensuring delivery to streaming platforms while keeping artists and production teams aligned throughout.
