Dylann Le
@dylannle
I am an aspiring structural engineer skilled in structural analysis and site inspections.
What I'm looking for
I am a structural engineering student at Toronto Metropolitan University, expected April 2025, focused on building and bridge design with hands-on experience in structural analysis and project delivery.
As a Road Inspector Intern with the Region of Peel, I coordinated with contractors, conducted quality-control inspections, applied pre-markings for work zones, and inspected guide rails, culverts, pavement markings, ruts and landscaping while maintaining inventory records in Excel.
In academic projects I designed a steel fabrication facility for my capstone using ETABS and SAP2000, managed project budget and timeline, and contributed to team projects including concrete canoe design and a communication-driven employment program addressing student food insecurity in collaboration with local community organizations.
I bring technical proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, Revit, C++, MATLAB and Python, plus practical knowledge of MTO Book 11, Work Zone Traffic Control and the National Building Code of Canada, and demonstrated client management and business promotion skills from running a self-employed barber business.
