I’m a Civil Engineering Technologist with a Bachelor of Engineering and Technology (Civil) from National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad (GPA: 3.67/4.00). I’m motivated to build accurate, approval-ready designs by turning concepts into coordinated, buildable BIM deliverables.

As a Junior BIM Designer at Engineered Plans Ontario (Canada), I produce permit-ready residential drawings—site plans, floor plans, elevations, and detailing sheets—while developing rear and front yard deck structures and residential additions based on municipal requirements. I continuously revise drawings based on client and authority feedback until approval, using Revit-based modeling and documentation to improve clarity and reduce revision cycles through organized sheets and annotation standards.

Before this role, I completed multiple construction and engineering internships with Habib Rafique Limited (Capital Smart City) and NESPAK, where I gained hands-on experience through site visits, infrastructure processes, quantity takeoff and site operations, construction planning and quality control, and traffic flow analyses. I also deliver end-to-end technical work in projects like 3D modeling (architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and energy analysis) using Insight and Dynamo, and I apply FIDIC Red Book guidelines in BIM term projects and mock bidding work—always with the goal of improving coordination, efficiency, and deliverable accuracy.
