I automate IT operations and manage network infrastructure to reduce downtime and streamline employee access.

At American Refining Group, I progressed from IT Intern to Systems Engineering Technician and then Systems Administrator, supporting network infrastructure and IT operations for hundreds of users.

I reduced permission-related IT tickets by 60% by launching monthly IT and HR meetings focused on account provisioning, offboarding, and internal role changes. I also restructured Active Directory organizational units, improved group policies, and built a PowerShell offboarding script to reduce manual effort and errors.

I streamline endpoint management through automation. I used PowerShell and ConnectWise Automate to reduce operating-system upgrade time by up to 15 minutes per machine, automated monthly patching, and accelerated onboarding for more than 40 user accounts, saving roughly five hours each month.

I’ve implemented software packages and Windows license servers, replaced more than 100 computers across three locations, supported help desk troubleshooting, and mentored summer interns. I’m continuing my BS in Computer Information Systems and Technology at the University of Pittsburgh.
