I’m a highly motivated technical and software support professional who loves working with technology and solving complex problems. I thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt quickly to the ever-changing world of information technology.
As a Technical and Software Support Lead, I managed a remote technical support team for custom-made healthcare staffing software. I wrote and developed help/software documentation to assist and train both technical and non-technical end users.
