What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging role where I can apply my IT foundations in programming and basic networking, support operations with strong time management and organization, and deliver excellent client satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.

I’m a motivated IT student with foundational skills in basic computer programming, basic networking, and the Microsoft Office Suite, plus basic troubleshooting, time management, and a strong customer-service mindset. I enjoy turning structured processes into smoother daily operations through clear communication and careful organization.

In my Crewing Department Assistant (OJT) role, I supported crew documentation, embarkation, and disembarkation, updated Excel files, encoded crew information, and organized office records. I also brought client-facing experience from dining crew work—maintaining a clean dining area, helping with food preparation, and delivering timely service—and from music education as a Guitar Tutor, where I designed customized lesson plans and adapted techniques based on student progress.
