I’m a motivated and hardworking Bachelor of Secondary Education graduate majoring in Mathematics. I’m seeking a service crew position where I can utilize my communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills to contribute to the company’s success while gaining valuable professional experience.

Through my PJ's Restaurant server experience, I developed a practical, customer-focused mindset and strengthened how I handle service situations with confidence and clarity. I aim to make every interaction feel smooth, respectful, and helpful.

I bring strong people skills, including customer service orientation and active listening. I use these strengths to understand needs quickly and respond in a way that supports both customers and the team.

I also completed a Teaching Internship and participated in a Training Workshop on Future-Proofing Education. This experience shaped how I learn, adapt, and keep improving—bringing that same growth mindset into service work.
