I've kept Cal's Tire and Auto running smoothly by directing workflow, scheduling, technician coordination, parts acquisition, and customer communication for a 5–7 technician team.

I track repair orders, labor progress, and parts status to resolve bottlenecks before they affect delivery timelines. I also adjust staffing and priorities around urgent diagnostics, customer deadlines, and job complexity.

Alongside operations leadership, I've built and deployed automated trading bots in Python. My primary bot was backtested across 22,857+ historical markets and achieved a 71.9% win rate on live shadow trades.

I also launched Orb, a public-facing multi-symbol trading signal bot, integrating third-party APIs for real-time market data, strategy execution, and risk management.
