Built a unified Sales Agent Platform, a web-based tool replacing fragmented manual processes, currently serving 50+ sales agents for a client. Enabled end users to configure complex actions and triggers within applications built on the no-code app builder, reducing the support load on engineering.

Reduced admin onboarding time by ~40% by designing the centralised role management system, enabling admins to assign and manage user access. Unblocked ~$2M in deals by designing Stage Customisation, and reduced customer churn by 13% by designing the Teams feature.

Designed two 0 to 1 mobile app experiences for the VEVE marketplace: a publisher-facing surface and an advertiser-facing surface, each with its own distinct interaction model and visual language. Built a design system from scratch for both mobile and desktop versions, comprising ~30 components, typography styles, and a colour system.

Led the design of an intersection on one of the busiest traffic roads, making it easier for pedestrians to cross and vehicles to move in an organised manner. Created a masterplan for nearly 3 kilometres of pedestrian street connectors in a neighbourhood for the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, from ideation through working drawings to on-site implementation.

Drove an estimated 20–30% uplift in mobile conversion rates across clients' e-commerce websites by revamping mobile checkout flows using behavioural insights. Designed conversion-focused e-commerce websites for ~20 small and mid-sized businesses across varied categories and markets.
