At Twilio, I led the redesign of the self-serve upgrade and purchase flow across five markets, reducing it from 16 screens to three. I aligned product, engineering, legal, and compliance to decouple regulatory checks from the upgrade path.
At Amazon, I was the sole designer for Subscribe & Save India, serving 3.3 million shoppers. I increased gift purchases by 18%, subscription retention by 23%, and Autopay setup success by 32% through clearer commerce experiences.
Earlier at CX100, I designed e-commerce, fintech, and customer-service products from discovery workshops through developer handoff. I also owned design for Trendlyne, a stock-market analysis app with more than 1 million Google Play downloads.
