What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product design for AI-driven and enterprise products, shaping strategy, building strong teams and design systems, and delivering trusted agentic, conversational, and voice experiences.

I'm leading design at Sense HQ across AI Agent Builder, Voice AI, and AI Recruiter, guiding a team of seven multidisciplinary designers. I partner with product and engineering leadership to turn product vision into quarterly roadmaps and customer outcomes.

I helped shift Sense HQ from a co-pilot to an agentic product approach and shipped a 0→1 AI Agent Builder that lets recruiters delegate sourcing, screening, and outreach to autonomous agents. Adoption grew from 38% to 66% in four months.

Previously, I was the founding designer for Tekion's CX product team, where I built the design practice, grew a distributed team to five designers, and took two products from 0→1. I partnered with ML engineering to launch a conversational AI support bot that achieved 38% ticket deflection, and scaled a support platform to handle 2,000+ daily tickets.

Across fintech, banking, healthcare, and enterprise SaaS, I've led end-to-end product design, design systems, research, and complex workflow experiences. I also build practical AI workflows for research, ideation, design-system review, and engineering handoff.
