At Stackback (Unifynd Labs), I took Stackback, a native Shopify app built around a customer lifetime-value engine, from concept to a live, fully working product. I owned UX strategy, user flows, and information architecture across Shopify Admin, Customer Portal, and Product Detail Page widgets.
I use Claude across ideation, prototyping, and iteration to test more design directions before settling on a solution. I also built functional React prototypes with Claude, cutting design-to-development handoff time by over 50%.
At Unifynd Labs, I redesigned Simply Nam’s product detail page, reducing drop-off by 10% and lifting conversion to 9% after rollout. The design system I created for it now powers the brand’s home and collection pages.
Across work for 40+ brands in 7 industries, I designed mobile apps and web experiences, with 98% of what I built shipped live. I also delivered production-floor 3D models and technical drawings for 50+ furniture pieces during my internship at Narsi and Associates, including custom pieces now inside India’s Parliament.
