I’m seeking a Vice President or Director-level role in Business Management, Corporate Finance, or FP&A, or a COO Business Manager position.

At HSBC, I’m the strategic finance business partner to Division Heads, Operating Directors, and COO leadership, overseeing $350 million in global operational budgets. I own the business management rhythm for planning, rolling forecasts, risks and opportunities, and platform cost-center governance.

I re-architected internal allocation recharge frameworks, increasing cost recovery accuracy and effectiveness by 15%. I also drove adoption of third-party cost control tooling to cut governance cycles and eliminate unbudgeted cost leaks.
