I’m a finance professional with 13+ years of experience driving strategic planning, forecasting, business performance, and financial governance across multinational organizations. I partner with leadership to influence decisions through data-driven insights and scalable financial frameworks.

In my current role as Associate Director – Finance (2023–Present), I serve as a finance business partner to leadership teams—overseeing planning cycles, revenue forecasting, workforce cost management, and management reporting. I focus on financial governance and operational excellence while aligning finance priorities with business performance needs.

Previously, as Finance Controller – India (2019–2023), I led controllership, reporting, audit readiness, compliance, and performance analytics. I supported strategic growth and strengthened cash flow discipline through clearer controls and stronger analytical follow-through.

Earlier in my career, I managed consolidation and cross-border finance operations across multiple entities and geographies, and I directed accounting, taxation, treasury, banking relationships, and ERP transformation initiatives. I bring a track record of team leadership and talent development, alongside a drive for process excellence through ERP and transformation work.
