I lead end-to-end expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting for complex financial organizations. Over 10 years, I’ve supported strategic and regulatory-driven decision-making across investment banking and banking.
At JPMorgan Chase & Co., I led expense planning for CIB Risk functions, supporting annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans. I partnered with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions, manage costs, and report on headcount, non-compensation expenses, and key cost drivers.
Previously, at Travelex and The Royal Bank of Scotland, I owned management reporting, planning, forecasting, revenue analysis, and profitability analysis. I supported business leaders with performance insights, outlooks, business reviews, and strategic planning aligned to growth and profitability objectives.
I began in investment banking P&L reporting at JPMorgan, working with Front Office, Trading, and Risk teams to resolve P&L breaks and valuation discrepancies. I also build reporting tools and dashboards using IBM Cognos TM1, Anaplan, QlikView, Alteryx, Advanced Excel, and Oracle Financial Analyzer.
