I’m looking to lead client engagement and pre-sales where I can combine technical credibility with consultative selling—owning discovery to proposal support—while building strong partner-led pipelines for data, ERP, and cloud solutions.

I’m a client engagement and pre-sales leader with 15+ years in the IT industry, combining consultative selling with deep technical grounding in infrastructure, operations, and security. I’m known as a bridge between customers, leadership, and delivery teams, helping turn business challenges into workable solutions.

In my current role, I head client engagement, marketing, and pre-sales for data analytics, ERP, and cloud offerings, and I own end-to-end pre-sales: requirement discovery, solution positioning, proposal coordination, and commercial discussion support. I use my enterprise operations experience to strengthen retention and repeat business while building a solid sales pipeline through strategic account planning and partner coordination.

Earlier leadership roles strengthened how I run service delivery—managing IT operations, enforcing IT policy and security compliance, and driving IT service management and SLA governance. I’ve also recently upskilled in AI Prompt Engineering to better support AI-driven client solutions, and I continue to focus on practical, resilient delivery backed by strong technical credibility.
